About Us

Our Story

The Neapolitan was born out of an obsession to create the ultimate thin crispy pizza, using only the best South African ingredients.

We use the best flour, fresh toppings and support local butchers. Our Pizza Dough is made 48 hours prior to being used, to create the perfect sour dough that is easy to digest.

We only use the best medium moisture Mozzarella Cheese to create the perfect pizza. Our Napoli sauce is also made onsite along with our Pizza Dough.

So for the past year, I have been working really hard on a little secret. And yesterday my goal became a reality. My very first Pizzeria. Situated in the new Westown Mall in The Barn.
